Many guests return year after year to Bearberry Cottage, a spacious, well furnished and very comfortable Scandinavian-style 3 bedroom holiday home (sleeps 6). Situated in a quiet residential area within Ballater, just a short stroll from the village centre with its variety of independent shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Also within walking distance of the River Dee and the golf course.

Bearberry is popular all year round as an ideal base for everything this wonderful area has to offer. It features a secluded enclosed sunny rear garden, backing onto woodland, with garden furniture and barbecue. A peaceful location for watching the red squirrels which visit frequently. The cottage also makes a cosy winter retreat with full oil fired central heating, a wood burner in the sitting room and triple glazing. Bearberry provides a very well equipped kitchen, WiFi, a high chair, a travel cot and off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and a full supply of logs are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
