BCE is a wholly owned subsidiary trading company of Ballater Royal Deeside Ltd. It was set up on 28th February 2012 to operate Ballater Caravan Park on a long term lease from Aberdeenshire Council. All profits are either used to maintain and improve the park facilities or passed to BRD for assisting with community projects.
